Ah so you were taught that plants get their energy by soaking up sun light. That is what you were taught. what seems to really be happening is that plant are receiving code from sunlight and translating that code into a plant language that allows them to grow and thrive.

The only way that can happen is with interactions that work like communication. how can a receptor decide which molecules and atoms it needs to peace together to complement itself? It is a huge puzzle for something as complicated as a DNA molecule of any size. What causes the ease of synthesis ? first we assume it happens in a cell and the cell pre-prepares the base ingredients and elements. the cell does it's photosynthesis thing or eats other organisms or plants and fills itself with all the necessary elements as per the idea of nutrition. So when dna is ready to re synthesize anything the building blocks are already there from feeding. of course we say nutrition also brings energy into the cell to make that all possible. still there is a huge pool of ingredients and maybe not always full nutrition to have absolutely every required thing need to synthesize it's copies. That still does not explain the process. The process is absolutely more of receptors and reception articles finding each other by some means and not "energy" just because a cell is warm with energy would not mean it can replicate itself as a result. atoms and molecules jut vibrate with energy /
if I spill a 2000 piece puzzle or a 400 000,000 piece puzzle on the floor I can't just spend a few minutes or seconds piecing everything together. I can how ever pick up all the pieces and put them back in the box on top of the table. When the pieces fall on the floor the probability of the pieces coming together to make that scene of Paris and the Eifel tower by themselves is near impossible but that is what DNA is able to do. so if you have call letters on the back of each puzzle piece the way to get it together fastest would be for the pieces already assembled to call out to the pieces that fell on the floor to come to it. That piece might also communicate it's desire to get to it's proper spot too.
What is fascinating is if you take the medium of protoplasm inside a cell with active DNA that is replicating itself and other compounds for the cell is that at that level in our cosmos things don't move very fast. the forces we have that give us water surface tension rather tend to keep molecules in a spot where they don't move around a lot . they can't they are interlocked and so stuff dissolved in water is also interlocked. The dark photon theory provides an immediate explanation it also explains some of the apparent weirdness of quantum mechanics as the morphology of the process requires communication not just having instant bonding by valances.
