Proof that Photons transmit only code and not energy is actually pretty easily done.

Photons appear to only transmit code and not actual energy.  The proof is pretty obvious if you just go back to Newton when he studied dispersion of light by a prism.  Of course we can duplicate that exact study today with much less effort than it took Newton,  The other proof comes from other optical tools including lens of various types and fiber optic cable .    Photons pass though all of these, prisms and lens , fiber optic cable (in the range of visible light spectrum)  Little energy is being transferred to glass, fiber optic cable, prism etc.  Some small percentage may react with the glass appearing to transfer energy but not very much.  I suppose some of the few photons that do interact might be visible as the after glow of infra red from glass or prism.  Most photons, I don't know the percentage,  because some glass is "leaded" and other more pure and possibly less reactive.  Photons passing though the prism starting as white light at a particular anlge emerge from the glass as a rainbow effect of dispersion and with a second prism that can be collected to regenerate white light exiting the second prism.

A lens that focuses photons in a beam that has great energy of intensity to start a fire or boil fluid or roast something with solar energy would appear to be concentrating energy. how ever that energy is being concentrated in the lens and can be transferred with its super hot focal point on a second lens without melting it down or interacting with any apparent energy release.  It can even pass though the air and do not much of anything until something that would be affected is introduced at the focal point  or the zone of higher intensity.    That really suggests only code is being sent, collected and concentrated.  Not all atoms or molecules will interact and across the periodic table you might end up with a yes and no matrix by degree of potential that shifts along the electro magnetic spectrum of types of photons we can identify.

We could define a force as something that is like kicking.  photons do not behave as if a kick.  A photon directed at the back of a rocket to use it as propulsion transfers some level of angular momentum to the atoms in the rocket causing at least some charge that dislodges possibly electrons and those electrons being dislodged and having a charge allow electrons from shear probability to move from the interior of the rocket to the atoms that had an electron disengage.  which is what gives the rocket thrust of light.  really it turns out to be an statistically present extra electron with one disengaged off the surface to some degree and there is then a net negative charge of that extra electron brought there by statistical probability which actually is what drives the thrust forward of the rocket.  The same sort of added electrons is what causes thrust with rocket engines that don't use fuel.  Of course there are many more than one single extra electron charge.  the more the better the thrust forward in equal and opposite  reaction to the charge.   which is the secret of the ion engine.   It is also the secret of the radiometers in my radiometer proof that shows conclusively that gravity is completely thermodynamic....which really means a similar type of ion thrust do to connection of charged particles that are locked in to the system  In my old radiometer proof it became clear that light is not imparting energy on atoms and molecules and not force by angular momentum that leads to ionization and surface repulsion/ rarified gas repulsion.  The discovery now that photons only transmit code then also supports the gravity thesis and the radiometer proof.  If light actually did have a force of light like a kick it would behave very differently than we observe it..  just because ultra violet light can instantly scorch your skin with a sunburn does not mean it is transferring that energy to your skin.  It can mean that your skin is receiving code that causes energy already apparent to the atoms to behave in a way that releases energy they already possess
